Outside Sales Representative
Our company's main focus is on exterior doors & windows for the business-to-business market.

We represent nationally known replacement and new construction markets. We are a well-financed, family-owned company based in Milwaukee for over 150 years.

Job Expectations:

*Previous experience in contractor sales preferred.

*Solid presentation, blueprint reading, estimating skills, and computer literacy are needed to support our efforts in the commercial, residential and remodeling/replacement markets.

*Job is based from a showroom/office near Menomonee Falls/Milwaukee area, selling to contractors with an emphasis on residential remodeling and new construction.

*Company vehicle, cell phone, computer, and sales aids are provided.

*Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, medical and dental insurance, 401-K plan, and profit sharing.

*Continuing education on the specific brands we carry is provided in house and by the manufacturer.

Inside Sales/Estimator

​

We are looking for an Inside Sales Estimator based in the Milwaukee Metro area.  Our company’s focus is on windows and exterior doors.    We represent nationally known brands in the wood-clad, Fiberglass, Vinyl, and Aluminum segments.  We support both the replacement and new construction markets.   We are a team-orientated organization that treats you like family.  A fast-paced environment where everyone makes a difference.   We have been a well-financed family-owned company based in Milwaukee for 135 years.   Compensation includes Salary, medical, dental, and life insurance, 401-K plan, and profit sharing.  Two weeks of vacation starting with 7 paid holidays annually.   Salary based on experience.  Duties include window take-offs from plans, entering windows into quoting software, answering customers’ questions, and talking with Architects and Builders to gain clarification.  Solid blueprint reading, estimating skills, and computer literacy are required.   Knowledge of basic construction practices is a must.   Our customer base is building professionals.   We sell to commercial, residential, remodeling, and replacement contractors.  We do not participate in residential in-home sales.

Field Service Technician

Advanced Window & Door Solutions has a tremendous career opportunity for you as a full-time* Window Service Technician! As our Window Service Technician you would be providing warranty repair service on recently/previously installed windows and patio doors manufactured by Marvin, Sierra Pacific, Hayfield and more. The candidate brought on board for this opportunity will be trained by our current WST with additional training provided by our window manufacturing partners and experienced sales team.

Qualified Candidates will:

· be able to work a Monday – Friday, 730am to 430pm work schedule though, if needed, we may be able to accommodate an availability of slightly less than 40 hours per week

· have 2-3 years of window/patio door installation or service experience but those with 2-3 years of related carpentry experience and a strong desire to excel are encouraged to apply

· possess a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret drawings

· be able to accurately trouble-shoot/diagnose/repair window operating mechanisms or the ability to learn these skills in a timely manner

· demonstrate considerable ability to safely and proficiently use a variety of hand and power tools

· have strong written and verbal communication and basic math skills

· have familiarity with Microsoft Office and possess the ability and willingness to learn window parts ordering software

· be well organized in terms of workspace, jobsite, and thought processes

· have the experience/ability to create your own service schedules based on optimized travels routes

· have a stable work history and be able to thrive working independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

Candidates MUST have:

· high school diploma

· a valid driver’s license and good driving record

· the ability to safely lift 25-50lbs consistently (and 75-100lbs on occasion though assistance is usually available in those situations)
